Your booking keeps the cancellation terms shown when you requested, even if the artist later changes their lesson.
Before confirmation
You can withdraw a pending request from your booking page. Declined and expired requests release the held places. With pay-after-acceptance checkout, no lesson payment is required until the artist accepts.
If you cancel a confirmed booking
The lesson page and your booking show the cutoff in hours before the session. Cancel at or before that cutoff for a full refund. After the cutoff, no refund is due under the agreed policy. The usual cutoff is 48 hours, but check your booking.
If your artist cancels
You are entitled to a full refund of the lesson payment. For payments arranged directly, the Teaching Artist is responsible for returning your money. Venurez records the cancellation but does not hold or verify those payments.
Online payments
Where a lesson is paid through Stripe, eligible refunds are submitted through Stripe. Your bank determines when the money appears. If payment succeeds after a request has expired or been cancelled, we queue a full refund and flag it for investigation.
A problem with your lesson
Contact [email protected] with your booking reference. Tell us if the artist did not attend, the service was materially different from the description or an agreed refund has not arrived. These terms do not remove your statutory rights.
