Who can use Venurez
Artists and all attendees must be 18 or older. The service supports England, Scotland and Wales, prices in GBP and session times in Europe/London. Keep account access links private and provide accurate information.
Requests and confirmation
A request holds the selected places while the artist decides, subject to the displayed deadline. Your lesson contract forms at Confirmed. The booking stores the agreed price, dates, cancellation terms and payment arrangement. Later listing changes do not change these terms.
Payment
For Booking Tools lessons, arrange payment directly with the artist. Venurez does not collect or verify those lesson payments. Where Platform Payments is available, Stripe processes online payment after artist acceptance. The booking confirms after payment is verified. Any test checkout is explicitly labelled and does not take real money.
Cancellations and service issues
The cutoff shown in your booking determines eligibility for a full cancellation refund. Artist cancellations receive a full refund. Direct-payment refunds are the artist’s responsibility. See the cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Teaching Artists
Provide accurate descriptions, prices, availability, access information and any insurance declaration. You are responsible for the lesson, lawful operation, appropriate insurance, tax and your learners’ safety. Do not publish children’s lessons or private customer information. Insurance declarations are self-reported and are not verification by Venurez.
Booking Tools includes a 90-day trial starting when the first lesson is published. The advertised subscription is £9 monthly or £90 annually. Billing details and any tax are shown before checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed renewal has a 14-day grace period; after access ends, listings are unpublished while existing confirmed bookings remain accessible. We aim for 99.5% monthly availability; interruptions may occur.
Content and conduct
Only upload content you have the right to share. You retain ownership and give us permission to display and process it to operate Venurez. Do not upload unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive or threatening content. Reviews must describe your completed lesson; they are moderated before publication. Report concerns using the page’s Report link or our support email.
We may remove content or suspend artist publishing for misuse or safety concerns, with an audit record. Contact support to query a decision. Confirmed bookings and refund obligations still need to be resolved.
